The perfect time to preventatively replace your exhaust studs is anytime you remove the manifolds. This convenient kit includes all the hardware you need to replace your old, rusted or broken exhaust manifold studs.
PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY:
NISSAN Patrol GU Y61 Navara D22 ZD30 DDTI 3.0L exhaust manifold to cylinder head
PRODUCT FEATURES:
- Stud with an 5mm inner hexagon in the end so you can fit these stud with a hex key.
- NUT with uniquely shaped to lock fasteners in place to keep them from backing out or loosening due to vibration or torque, so the nut stays put. Top thread section is deformed to create locking zones. they start easily by hand, then must be wrenched into final position.
PRODUCT MATERIAL:
- Stud: S35C HRC30~36 Class 8.8 phosphate coated medium carbon heat treated steel
- Nut: Top lock flange nut copper plated steel
