This is for one, officially licensed, NCAA 2-Pack decal. Made from outdoor vinyl rated material, permanent adhesive and image cut to the outside dimension of the logo. The full color detail is printed with a 3-year outdoor rating. It is supplied with a clear liner, clear transfer tape and application instructions. They call these decals 4 x 4 because at the longest or tallest point, it is approximately 4 inches.
