3.   Once 'good friends', I will send you a trade request to begin trade.e.

During a trade, the CP and IV will be random. I can only determine the LVL of the pokemon. 

PLEASE NOTE: The max LVL for the pokemon can only be 2 Levels higher than your player LVL.
