Today I have to offer Penn State Nittany Lions State College PA short billed knit beret, newsboy knit hat with pom pom.  There are no tags inside.  I do not know if they are new or vintage.  They do look new, without tags.  Never worn. Also look to be a one size fits most.  Center of the bill is not quite 2" long.  hat does stretch. 

Some of my items are liquidated floor stock items that come from a variety of stores. They may have cut or defaced tags, or have the paper or a fabric tag removed.  These items are still new and unworn.
