Payments must be received within 10 days of the close of an auction unless specific arrangements have otherwise been made. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their payment has been received;
Auctions not paid for within 14 days are subject to being re-listed and product availability may no longer be assured. If a payment is received more than 14 days past the purchase date (auction end, buy-it-now date, etc.) and the item is no longer available, we may substitute another item of equal or lesser value in its place. ALL non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay and negative feedback will be posted.
Orders that are shipped without insurance are done so at the customer's risk. We are not responsible for any customs or import duties, taxes, fees or charges. We reserve the right to combine multiple purchases into a single order (shipment or package) at our discretion.
Please note that UPS can not deliver to a P.O. Box address.
What is your policy for Freight Damage, Returns or Exchanges?
We go to great lenghths to insure your product is packaged properly. In the unlikley event that your item is damaged in transit and you paid for insurance, you have several options:
1- If package is damaged in transit, your best option is to refuse the package as damaged and it will be returned to sender.
2- Please contact us via e-mail, and notify us of the damage. When we receive the item back and upon inspection, we will send you a replacement.
3- If you are not home when the item is delivered, and it is damaged, please save all original package materials and label and contact the shipper. Give the package to the shipping company and have it returned to the sender. The original shipping label covers shipping to you and if needed, to us. Any other freight concerns, please contact us.
Please note we do not reimburse for return shipping costs.

How do you handle Feedback?
To ensure that none of our customers miss receiving their feedback, we have adopted a feedback policy that we believe is fair to all and works well for both our customers and us: If you are satisfied with your purchase, we would appreciate your taking the time to leave feedback for us once you have received your order. We regularly follow up (typically on a daily basis) and leave feedback for each one of our valued customers that extend us the same courtesy.
