DEFECTIVE ITEM REFUNDS
If an item purchased by the consumer is defective, damaged, or materially different than what was ordered, then it is the consumer’s responsibility to notify us within 14 days of receiving the shipment in order to qualify for a replacement or a refund. If the consumer does not notify us within 14 days of receiving the shipment of the problem, then it is up to our discretion on whether or not a return will be authorized. Upon notification, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number or will be asked to supply a picture of the product and the packaging. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. a refund will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of the returned package.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a refund.

RESTOCKING FEE:
For the return of defective, damaged, or materially different item, PRACTICAL Goods Shop will bear the cost of all shipping charges incurred to the consumer as well as provide return labels to the consumer (if applicable), and no restocking fee will be charged. If an item is not defective, the consumer is responsible for the cost to ship the item back to us. Please note that eBay may automatically deduct a restocking fee up to 20% from the original order amount. Once a return has been requested,the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. Please note that we will only accept returns of items in unused, resalable condition.
