Unlike other providers, we use a top of the line Eco-Master machine to resurface every disc, and ensure a 95 percent scratch free surface with a mirror finish. By the time your discs are sent back, they will look like they did when you first bought them. And unlike most services, all discs are individually inspected to determine which level of resurfacing is needed.

Please remember to include the packing slip/order details in your package. When the job is done, the order will be updated with a tracking number. 

The time frames for disc repairs depends on the volume of discs that you send. Since the Eco-master, can only do 250 discs per day, some jobs can take a little longer than others.
