All items are UK editions unless otherwise stated.

Postage and packaging rates are always checked to offer you a competitive service although there are additional delivery fees for certain parts of the UK (Northern Ireland, The Highlands, Channel Islands and outer lying Islands). Worldwide shipping is most welcome, please contact us for prices and timed services (Special Delivery, recorded) are available.The seller’s standard rate will be sent out as a 2nd class post item.

Please note that we always retain proof of posting; in the event of non-receipt dispute, a claim will be lodged with the carrier and only paid out upon settlement.

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be lodged within 3 days of receiving your item. Once the request for a refund has been completed, the item must be returned within 5 working days. The return postage is at the expense of the buyer; it is advised that proof of posting is retained.

Payment

Paypal is the quickest way to pay. Please note that if you use the echeque facility we will not dispatch until the echeque is cleared (this can take up to 9 working days).

Postal orders and personal cheques are welcome, items will be sent upon clearance.

Bank transfer also accepted and offer a speedy alternative payment method.

The quicker you pay, the quicker we send. If an item is not paid for within 5 days of purchase it will be re-listed. All non-paying customers will be reported to the ebay resolution centre.

International buyers: Paypal and bank wire are the only accepted forms of payment.
