Since 1949 Egizia has been renowned for their delicate silk screening on blown glass and porcelain. This decanter, in its original box, is from their series Legend, a fantasy creation based apparently on Lord of the Rings. This decanter is from the Mordor collection, and other collections are Eriador, Gondor and Rohan, all lands of Middle Earth. While LOTR is not mentioned anywhere, the box is decorated with a detailed map of Middle Earth.  Also please note while the brochure says the design is silver 980/1000, the sticker on the decanter says 24K gold ...and it appears gold to the eye.
