There is no key.
I used a key from a different clock and the clock was ticking.
More likely it needs adjustments/ repair...
Overall, good condition, with small dent to the back frame, some patina.
The round part of the clock measures approx. 8.75" across.
The brass chain is approx. 20" long.
The total length is 32".
