Returns Policy:  This remote control is intended as a replacement for your original Finlux TV remote control handset. In order to return under the 14 days distance selling act regulations it must be in its original packing unopened and in unused condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage costs and we recommend you securely parcel up the item and send it using Royal Mail to ensure the goods arrive back to us safely and on receipt we will refund in full.
