A very fine violin made by Pierre Pacherele in Turin or Nice, ca. 1855-1860, certified by Eric Blot in Cremona, Italy. Pierre Pacherele was  excellent master and important maker (along with Giuseppe Rocca of course) of instruments for the celebrated Giovanni Francesco Pressenda. This is a superb example made in the style of a very beautiful Giuseppe Rocca Guarneri model. The instrument has Giuseppe Rocca label and multiple brands inside. It is excellent sounding, high level violin in a fine state of preservation. The length over the back is 35.6 cm.
