A very fine Italian violin made by Paolo Erba in 1915, as indicated on the label, certified by John Rossi in 1998. This is a beautiful example, inspired by the work of Nicolo Amati. This excellent maker was making instruments for Leandro Bisiach. Labeled instruments by this maker are rare and very interesting. This is a wonderful violin with excellent tonal quality, beautiful timbre and great projecting power. The instrument is in excellent condition, ready to play. The length over the back is 35.8 cm.
