Description

This Quantel Medical Aramis II Cosmetic Remodeling Laser System is complete system with handpiece and accessories. It does power up fine without any errors and looks ready to use. But.... when the footswitch is pressed the screen displays the following ERROR: "E:4000 A:84, PB relay defect, Power out of range (-40%)" This system is being sold for parts and/or repair. What you see is what you get.

There is also no key included. (I was able to loosen the front panel and bypass the key switch for testing) There is a chance I could have some of the settings screwed up causing the codes? This looks like a really nice system and hopefully the next owner will be able to get it going again. Lot of nice parts here if nothing else.

Condition & Testing

This complete laser system looks like it was simply unplugged and then surplused out with no obvious issues. There is no key but I was able to loosen the front panel enough to pull the wires and bypass the key power switch. This machine powers on, lights up and passes the safety test. I am able to adjust the settings according to the included Simplified User Manual without issue. The cooling cartridge system is cooling the handpiece tip. The handpiece indicator light turns green and there is a red light emitting from the tip. It looks completely setup to start using but when the footswitch is pressed the display throws the following on the screen: "ERROR:  E:4000 A:84, PB relay defect, Power out of range (-40%)". Not sure the solution to this error but I am banking on a tech knowing. The fiber looks good without kinks or damage. The overall cosmetic condition of this entire system is very good with some sign of normal use but no visible damage. The cart is very nice and I believe it is original to the laser but there are a couple cosmetic pieces missing. The drawer is smooth and wheels are rolling properly. I believe this system is well worth the effort to get up and running. A lot of good parts here if nothing else.
