PROVIDE DETAILS THAT SEEM UNNECESSARY, WE WANT FOR YOU TO KNOW WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT
THE ITEMS WE SELL; PLEASE LOOK CLOSELY AT THE PICTURES SO
THAT YOU KNOW THE ITEM BEING PURCHASED; and PLEASE
ASK ANY QUESTION PRIOR TO PURCHASE.
Please Do Not Rely ONLY On the Picture or Description ALONE, but rather, read both the
description and look closely at the available pictures. And please contact us
if you have any questions about this item.
For Buyer Safety, please

SHIPPING SERVICE
We ship UPS, FedEx, or
USPS. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. The
shipping service used is dependent upon buyer location and economic efficiency. The ad
may state FedEx; however should USPS shipping logistics better serve a
particular location - that service will be applied.
SHIPPING RATES &
CHARGES
CHARGES
Our listed shipping charges apply to the
continental United States ONLY. Therefore,
these charges do not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the
Bahamas, or other territories outside the continental United States. We
will contact you if there is an additional cost. We usually
dispatch all the products within 1 business day. Our customary shipper is the
USPS; however we may use FedEx and/or UPS depending upon the
product.
RATES
Shipping
rates are set by the carrier's used by each independent Seller, which in the
case of Blkmoondoggie are U.S.P.S.; FedEx; and UPS. While
we would be TICKLED if these shippers allowed us to set the rates they charge,
as of yet we’ve not been granted this gift. If a Buyer is
bequeathed a better rate, (or better yet), allowed by any
of these shippers to establish their own rates, please let us know and we’ll
happily allow a Buyer to arrange shipping and the charges will be adjusted
accordingly.

Notice on Photos: The digital images we display have the most accurate color
possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, there may be
variations in color between the actual product and your screen.
RETURNS
WE
OFFER A 30-DAY RETURN POLICY! All returns
MUST be "pre-authorized" by us. If your
merchandise is defective or damaged in shipping seller pays return shipping and
we will replace the item if available, or issue a full refund. All other
returns, shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and is subject to a 20%
restocking fee. The item must be returned in factory fresh condition in the
original box with packing materials, manual, blank warranty cards, and
accessories.
Special Hygienic Issues
All
undergarments (including underwear, bras, socks / hosiery, swimwear) are final
sale items. This means that once the item is purchased
and mailed, no returns will be accepted.
AGAIN: We
offer a return policy on most items (unless stated otherwise in the
listing). All returns must be in original condition, include
original packaging, and all contents must be intact. Returns must be packed in
proper packaging to avoid damage. When making a return request please
contact MoonDoggie Customer Support via eBay Messages. We can
assign an RMA number and instructions on how to proceed with your return. Absent
an RMA number, please allow 7-10 business days (after we receive your
package) to process your return and credit your account.
Unfortunately,
any returns that violate this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back
at customer’s expense.

Unclaimed, Insufficient
Address, or Refused Purchases
If your purchase is being returned do to “failure to claim,” Insufficient
Address,” or because it was “Refused,” issued refunds will be for the cost of
the merchandise only. Refunds will be issued once the item arrives
and after it has been inspected. The refund amount will be the
purchase price minus the initial cost to ship plus any return shipping fees
required by the shipper before granting custody of the package back to the
seller.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
In the
past, the cancellation of orders which have already been paid through PayPal resulted
in zero loss to Buyer and Seller. Now however, when there is a transaction and
payment, PayPal automatically takes their fee from the transaction, and these
fees are not 100% refundable to the Seller upon a Buyer’s cancellation. If a buyer requests a cancellation through
eBay and the seller approves it, the seller must refund the full amount the
buyer paid, but this exceeds the amount the seller actually received due to
PayPal’s non-refundable portion of their transaction fee. Therefore, because a cancellation
results in an automatic loss we are unable to approve a cancellation request
unless the Buyer agrees to receive an amount less than the price they actually
paid.
