This item is originally designed to be affixed to a Car or other mode of transportation - either on the interior or exterior. There is a large adhesive pad to the reverse so nothing else is needed to achieve this. It could also be affixed to anything else - for example a wall, door, desk, briefcase etc etc.
Of very solid construction with heavy enamel over zinc alloy.
