The original cover is missing with a duplicated cover.
I copied the cover (all 4 sides) on very sturdy 65 lb. linen stock.
Aside from the missing cover the main defect is the oxidation browning mostly visible on the bottom of the 1st page
It is also visible on other pages but to a far lesser degree.
