C4AE-E with a 7A date code, the rubber is perfect, the shaft hole & key way are fine AND there are no pesky hammer marks or other blems. This is show quality, show & go part! Please note: This is not the 428 Police interceptor (PI) balancer found on 1966 - 1968 Street Cobra(428), GT500 & Galaxie. We do have that version available on another or upcoming auction.
