A Mild Blend

250 gram pack

A Moroccan blend used to make Meguez Sausages. This is a mild blend, but you can add 2 - 3 teaspoons of  Harissa to make the blend hotter if  required

Ingredients: paprika, fennel, cumin.coriander, salt, cinnamon, peppers, sugar

It is also great in Meat patties or Koftas.(with these I would add 1 egg to mixture)

You can use Beef Lamb or Chicken.
