About me:
I work full time and I sell parts in my off hours to help pass on what I can no longer use. My business is Transfer Case Solutions. I rebuild transfer cases and you can find me on FB and IG and my business name can be searched for my web page. In my free time I restore muscle cars and lifted trucks. As well as work on pretty much any type of vehicle. What I sell are parts that I have acquired over time. Both new and used. That are recent or made back in the day. I am a fair person and am not looking to get rich off of any one. I figure my junk is another man's treasure. I hope that you can find what I no longer use as something you will enjoy.
Payment:
Winning bidder of the auction is legally obligated to purchase the item. With that said all sales of an auction or buy it now are final. A non-paying bidder alert will be filed to Ebay if payment is not received within 2 days from the end of auction date. All buyers must agree to the terms stated in this listing before bidding or purchasing. Please do not place bid if you do not agree to any of term and condition stated in this listing. If you place a bid on any of my items, I will have assumed you have read the listing thoroughly and will not retract any bids. Attention: If you have a feedback score of less than 10 positives you must contact me before buying or placing a bid or your bid will be deleted.
***All local pickups will require local transactions. Please no PayPal or Payments Managed by Ebay when doing a local pickup.
Shipping and Handling:
I will ship the items via UPS or FedEx or USPS in all lower 48 states. I do not have a specific carrier that I only use. I do this to save you the most amount of money and keep prices low and competitive.
- If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Island, and all other NON lower 48 states, please contact me before purchasing to ensure your item(s) meet 1st class postage requirements or your item fits in a USPS "If it fits it ships" priority mailer. If you fail to do so your item may be canceled on you do to excessive shipping costs.
- International Shipping: If you live outside of the US and US territories and the item listed is not in the ebay global shipping program, please reach out to me to see if it can be included in the global shipping program or a shipping quote. I typically cannot beat shipping prices given to you by ebay when item is in global shipping program. I do not have business accounts with overseas shipping companies. If you do, I will gladly ship to your freight forwarder to lower costs for shipping. Typically I won't charge or have a small shipping fee to ship your item to your freight forwarder if the shipping address is in the 48 continental states.
If for some reason you cannot find the shipping price for an item(s), please contact me with your ZIP Code to get the accurate quote on shipping. If you want your item faster than what is stated please email me with your needs and I will do my best to accommodate your needs on an individual basis. I will do International shipping upon request and a separate invoice will be sent with the adjusted shipping costs. Please understand, I work full time and I sell parts on my off hours to help pass on what I can no longer use. I usually packaged items on the weekends and can only ship USPS on Mondays, and FedEx is whenever the truck shows up that week. Be advised and bid accordingly.
- Shipping time usually takes about 2-7 business days depends on the relative location to CA, USA.
- Handling time may take upwards to 4-5 days, depending on when the item was purchased relative to the day of the week.
- The ebay estimated delivery time is not guaranteed by the seller.
- Estimated shipping time only imply on domestic orders, (lower 48 states).
If you have a P.O. box and your item needs to ship via FedEx, due to weight or size and you cannot or will not provide a physical address. You will be required to pay the difference in shipping from what it would be to send the item through FedEx in order to send the item via USPS priority/parcel package, Since you want the item to arrive to your P.O. box and not a physical address. OR Your order will be canceled and be fully refunded of the total purchase price at the same time.
Return Policy:
Complete description of all items will be provided to the best of my knowledge. Pictures are apart of my description, unless multiple quantities are present. Then the item you will receive will look like the images presented but not that exact item. Also anything that may not have been stated in the description verbally can be see in the photos is apart of the description. It is up to you to do your part and make sure that what you are buying will fit your application. If you have any questions regarding the item please email before bidding or purchasing and I will do my best to provide you with an answer in a timely fashion.
- Sadly with ebays new vision for return policy against sellers. I can no longer accept returns. Doesn't mean it's a bad product. I have to now protect myself against buyer's remorse since ebay will not protect their seller. All Sales are final. Open Box Items and Used items are to be sold as is. I will make one exception, New Items may be returned in the condition that the item was received in. Buyer must pay for return shipping. If I can a 20% restocking fee will be implemented, but as of now ebay has handcuffed it's sellers even further. If the returned Item is not received in the original condition as it was sent out i.e. new items unopened. Then buyer will forfeit 100% of their refund.

Positive feedback will be left for you on eBay after prompt payment and you have left me a positive feedback. Your feedback is very important to me. If you have any questions or concerns about any item(s) please contact me before leaving any negative feedback. I will definitely try my best to resolve any issue(s) or concerns about the item. If you are a non-paying buyer or cause any headache for miss use of buyer protection or ask for your bid to be removed you will be reported and blocked from doing business.
