All cores must be in rebuild-able condition. All cores must be drained of all fluids. If fluids are not drained, purchaser will be responsible for all clean up and EPA charges and fines.

All injectors and injection pumps have a 6 month Warranty from date of purchase (unless noted otherwise on invoice) All turbochargers have a 90 day warranty (Unless noted otherwise on invoice or if Performance). Failure to install a new oil supply on new or remanufactured turbocharger will void all and any warranty. Proof of new supply line must be provided. Any collect shipments will not be accepted. All engine and gasket kits are not returnable if opened. Purchaser must provide written notice of the nature of the defect to Fireside Diesel Parts & Performance LLC. Purchaser must provide adequate means of operating and testing of product in question. Purchaser shall allow a reasonable amount of time to remedy defect. A valid proof of purchase must accompany the retuned product. Some warranties require parts to be sent in for examination; customer must agree to send parts in or may result into Voided Warranty. All shipping damage and loss items will have a claim done through shipping carrier. We have no control over shipping carrier once package is in their care.
We pack accordingly to ensure package arrives safely. All packages are covered with the limited amount of insurance provided by carrier.
