All Orders will be sent out in polymailers to keep Shipping prices low. All Orders will be sent out within 24 hours, Orders that occur Saturday/Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.

For items not received by the expected delivery date, please advise me that the item has not been received. Items can occasionally take longer in the post so wait an additional 10 days before filing for a 'lost' item. Where possible, replacing the items will always be the first option, with a refund if they are no longer available.
