goods will not be dispatched, if your post code falls in the above-mentioned
areas and the delivery charges have not been paid. Once the payment for the
additional delivery surcharge has been received your goods will be dispatched.
Reporting
back to us
All
damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please
thoroughly inspect the goods before signing the paper and do not sign the
delivery papers if the goods have been damaged in any way. The company will not
be responsible for any losses if the delivery is signed for and then reported
afterwards.

Returns Policy
Our
products come with 30 days money back guarantee and the products have a 12
months warranty.
Therefore,
if there any manufacturing faults with the product or any damages, please
contact us and we will resolve the issue by sending a replacement
product or collect the product and refund the amount (if the issue has occurred
within 30 days of delivery). Please report any damages to us within 24 hours of
the delivery. Any damages reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.
The
product should be in original condition and in the original packaging. Mattresses are strictly
non-returnable once they have been used/slept on, as per consumer
contracts Regulation by Law.
Our products are
made to order. Therefore, once the order has been dispatched, we will not
accept any returns due to colour or size of the bed (dimensions not
fitting in the room).
