CrystalClear MuckOff tablets contain beneficial bacteria that digest organic debris, also known as pond scum, that resides at the bottom of outdoor backyard water gardens or koi and goldfish ponds. MuckOff works with nature to remove excess nutrients. It reduces smelly odors, leaving you with crystal clear, clean water free of any brown muddy gunk and pond sludge. Apply tablets (also called pellets) every 4 weeks when water temperature is above 50°F. For light muck buildup, use 3 tablets for up to a 500 gallon pond. For thick muck or for a more rapid fix, apply tablet dose every 2 weeks.
MuckOff works best at removing sludge and scum from small rocks and gravel on the pond floor. Muck Off will reduce the pond gunk in your freshwater pond, including your stream and waterfall.
When used as directed, treatment will not cause harm to any animal, frog, dog, chicken, duck, trapdoor snail, turtle, pet, or other wildlife. Safe for horses, ducks, birds, tadpoles, fish, snails, animals, and other aquatic life. Will also not harm any plant leaf, lily pads, or live aquatic vegetation.

RETURNS
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be clean, in original packaging with instructions and all components. Electrical units must be unaltered and in working condition. Please follow the steps below:
1. Request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) - Failure to request your RMA number may result in delay or dismissal of your return.
2. Package your return items - Pack your return items in a box with packaging material that will sufficiently protect the item and its original packaging. If you do not have these materials available, you can take your package to a UPS or FedEx Kinkos store and have them pack it for you.
3. Indicate your RMA number on the outside of your package - Write the RMA number on the outside of your return box so that it can be routed properly at our warehouse.
4. Ship your return - You can ship your package back via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Be sure to request a tracking number to ensure package delivery.
5. Return Processing - Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You will receive refund after your return has been inspected and verified.

Unless stated otherwise all mechanical products are covered from manufacturer defect for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the replacement or repaired item returned to you.
