Measurements & Care: 

• Laying Flat measures:  top to bottom of hat (not pom pom) 10"  but is adjustable depending on how much you turn up the cuff
• Across the cuff is 18" but will stretch, Gently stretched to 24" maybe be more, but didn't want to try.
• Hand wash or machine wash in cool water, tumble dry low, or lay flat to dry.
