How to make Kollu:-

Wash and soak the Kollu the night before. Put a pot of water with melted milk and put it on the fire. Dissolve the porridge mixture with the condensed milk and add it after the Kollu have boiled. Spoon in a few minutes, add as much salt and pepper as needed, and bring to a boil.
