All postal purchases payment by Paypal is preferred, but if you want to collect I only accept cash on collection. 

Postal charge is for second class by Royal Mail and careful packaging ? if you want quicker post please contact me or change the invoice before paying. I am happy to combine and discount multiple buys in the same week provided you let me know you are bidding on more than 1 item so I can hold postage. I am willing to post internationally for extra postal charge on request by email either during bidding or on sale through the issued invoice.

I do my best to accurately describe the items I am selling but if on receipt you are unhappy please contact me to resolve rather than leave negative feedback. I always appreciate positive feedback and will usually give this to all purchasers so both of us benefit from better scores.

I am just a working Mum who?s family have too much stuff, we are not really collectors of anything and certainly not traders!  We have strong environmental principles and rarely throw anything usable anyway; we would rather give it to charity if we cannot sell it.

Returns - I do not accept returns if you have simply changed your mind.  If we have not described something correctly or the item is damaged in the post we will of course accept return of that item (or disposal your end) and refund you providing we have discussed it first.
