Hand Painted ARABIA Finland BLUE ROSE Luncheon Plate 7 1/4". Condition is "Used". Bottom of the plate has signed of fresh paint dripping.   Very minor spot on rim where glaze is missing.  NOT a CHIP!  (See picture 4) No cracks or chips.
