A wonderful, rare, original vintage line etching? (possibly woodcut?) print by Harald Duwe (1926 - 1984) titled “In Front of the Shop”.  This print is from a 1947 German almanac and on the back is printed the month November - December.  It perfectly reflects the longing for consumption of food by children in the post-war period and especially leading up to Christmas.  This Harald Duwe original illustrated woodcut of two boys staring longingly is in very good vintage condition and as seen in the pics.  It will make an excellent addition to any post WW II modernist print collection.  What a great find for the vintage and antique art collector!
