SHIPMENT

1.     All orders will be shipped within 2 business days once we have all requested details & cleared payment.

2.     We will use Australia Post for regular shipping with tracking numbers, and for bulk items (over 22kg) they will be freighted with the TOLL GROUP.

3.     We deliver nation-wide and internationally.

 

Considerations:

1.  Weekends don’t count. All lead times are in business days and exclude public holidays.

2.  If you order after 5pm, orders will be processed the following business day.

3.  Dispatch is based on items leaving our Perth address.

4.  Items that are in stock are subject to SAME DAY dispatch.

5.  We are human; sometimes items will be out of stock. If this is an issue, we will always ensure we fix this for you and make your day for the inconvenience.

Xtreme Motorbikes is a Perth-based company that specialises in the sales, service, and repair of new and used Motocross Bikes, Off-Road Bikes, Quad’s, buggy’s, go karts and spare parts new and used.

Established in 1994 by Graham and Paul Markham (former motocross champion), Xtreme Motorbikes has grown to become Perth’s premier dirt bike centre.

In early 2017 we purchased the local importer XTM IMPORTS and have a huge range of spare parts for all of their bikes, quads, buggy’s and UTV’s. From 70cc all the way up to 800cc.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Customs/Duties:

 

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
