Instructions

1. Prepare the boiling and cold water.
2. Put the GUM-SHIELD whole in the boiling water for 30 seconds.
3. Remove and then place in the cold water for 1 second.
4. Place GUM-SHIELD in the mouth around upper teeth and press the lip with your fingers.
5. Holding GUM-SHIELD in the position to mold the shield to the front teeth, ATTENTION not to bite the materials.
6. Replace the GUM-SHIELD in boiling water and remove after 2 seconds, having the shield molded in the mouth around upper teeth.
7. Instantly secure the GUM-SHILED by pressing tongue against the back of upper teeth, bite together into the GUM-SHIELD.
8. Finally when fitting is complete place in cold water
