4.5" x 9" Vermiculite Villager Stove Fire Bricks

 These bricks can withstand temperatures over 1200 deg c. They can also be cut easily by hand with the use of a normal hand saw if needed.

Vermiculite firebricks are suitable for

- Fireplaces
- Multi-fuel Stoves
- Wood burning stoves
- and a variety of other heat applications.

Fitting Instructions

Care should always be taken when fitting and handling fire bricks as damage may occur when fitted incorrectly miss handling as they are fragile. Remove existing bricks clean the area the bricks are going so sit. depending on the stove you may have to remove fire bars, grates, fuel retaining bars, throat plates and the remaining fire bricks to replace the broken ones. If you cant get the bricks to fit don't force them as they may break you may have to remove all the bricks and start placing one brick at a time until all the bricks are in place. then refit any other parts that have been removed ie throat plate or fire bars. Once installed care should be taken when loading fuel as the most common reason for firebricks cracking is logs being thrown into the stove and hitting the brick and cracking them. if you take care bricks will have a long lifespan.
