This large vintage lady head vase has very nice details, open eyes, and is dressed in green and white with yellow flowers on her hat. She was produced by United Import Japan in the 1960's era, and still has her label on the bottom. She is shown in my book guide as a 7 1/4" head vase, but she actually measures 7" tall, by 5 1/2" across the widest points. She is in very good condition overall ... No chips or cracks. Bright spots/areas in photos were caused by reflections (not paint wear). There is a very small amount of clear crazing, a bit of dust down in the bottom which will be left being I don't want to damage her, and although I have not done anything to this girl since I have owned her, I am suspecting that the lower part of her earrings may have been replaced being the lower metal parts look brighter than the upper metal parts. My 2004 value guide also states Inarco E-6106 (may be marked United Import), and valued at $500 as shown in the last photo. My price is well below that. Very nice piece for a collection! Shipping is based on 2 pounds packed weight. I am requiring insurance and signature confirmation, and it is included in the shipping cost.

I am not an expert, so please ask any questions you may have prior to bidding (preferably before the last day of the listing as I am not always at the computer).

I have described the condition, and provided overall measurements, so be sure you are OK with those specific details, and ask any questions you may have prior to bidding being all sales are final and offered as is, as I no longer accept returns unless not as described.

If there was an error on my part, I encourage buyer to contact and communicate with me via ebay message by selecting the option "I have a question about using my item or I want to send the seller a message" (not item not as described option). If there is a legitimate reason for a return, item must be returned in condition it was sold, and original packing and box it was shipped in within 14 days. Purchase price will be refunded. Original and return ship cost will not be refunded unless it is a matter of an error on my part.

I do not tolerate being taken advantage of. Attempts to undermine this will result in buyer being placed on the blocked bidder list & reported to eBay for abusing money back guarantee programs and/or misusing returns! Thank you.

I also have other head vases and vintage items listed if you are interested, and will gladly combine shipping on items that are not too large, heavy, or unsafe to pack together. Buyer must either add items to cart, or request a total before paying for multiple items, and items must be paid for together in one payment in order to receive combined shipping.

A note to some sellers.....I do report description/picture theft! Please be courteous and creative enough to spend the time on your own listings as I have had to. Thank you!

Buyers please read my notes below regarding shipping and terms, and please realize that I don't control the amount that the shipping carriers charge ... I don't like it either!

I am only supposed to accept PayPal from all buyers according to ebay (in U.S. dollars for all destinations outside of the U.S.).

Be assured that I pack well, but any item damaged in transit should be submitted as an insurance claim ... NOT A CASE, and NOT A RETURN! If you can not take care of an insurance claim yourself, please shop elsewhere! I don't mean to sound rude, but you will have the item, box, and packing to present for an insurance claim inspection. If you pull this on me, I will not do business with you again.

U.S. buyers ... agree to pay for USPS Priority or Parcel Post shipping with insurance and signature confirmation (included on the calculator costs). Please realize that Parcel Post shipping is slower!

International buyers ...
agree to pay for
Priority International shipping. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges (if any are incurred) are the buyer's responsibility.

Although most buyers are very good about paying for their items, there are a few who must be told.....Please do not bid unless you intend to pay! An unpaid item case will automatically open after 7 days and bidder will be placed on the blocked bidder list!

Thank you!
