Plastic Pieces with Wooden 11.81 inch Chessboard

Produced in the USSR in the 1960s at the 8th State Bearing Plant in Kharkov City.

The made date is hardly visable on the stamp inside the board, looks like 1964.

All pieces are original.

The figures are very pleasant to the touch, feeling as a bone. Made of high-quality USSR plastic, when everything was done conscientiously, for centuries.

Original images of figures at first glance attract attention. Amazing detalization of the pieces images. And pefect preservation after more than half a century.

This chess set is unique because it is rare.

Original pieces 32 units made from strong plastic carbolite.

Queen 7.2 cm 2.83 inches

Bishop 6 cm 2.36 inches

Knight 5.3 cm 2.09 inches

Rock 6 cm 2.36 inches

Pawn 5 cm 1.97 inches

Time, usage has left some traces on the board.

Little chips and traces on the board.

One black rock has lost the the little round part of the top.

The white pieces have ivory color and looks like a bone.
