Capit’s Maxima Vision motorcycle tyre warmers are extremely versatile, very practical and very efficient.  They are equipped with “Spherical shape”, to allow the tyre warmer to perfectly follow the shape of the tyre, thus giving an incredible penetration of heat throughout the tyre/rim due to this design.

Being that you are looking at the “Vision” version of the Maxima tyre warmers from Capit, that means these tyre warmers feature an ultra-compact “adjustable” control unit made of impact-resistant material integrated in the tyre warmer.  This allows you to view and modify the temperature as you like (from 40°C to 110°C - from 104°F to 230°F).  This means that if you find yourself at a race track that is dry one moment and then raining the next, it allows you to adjust the temperature of the tyre warmer to suit both your race slicks when it is dry and then your race wets when it is raining.  It also allows for people to “up” the temperature at places like Phillip Island where it is colder than say Queensland raceway.  Gives you the flexibility to choose what you like.

Equipped with side bands useful to heat the rim, are a unique model thanks to the 36 pleats/cuts (18 per side) made to obtain the “Spherical shape”, that is a shape useful to copy/follow the profile of the tyre and ensure the perfect adhesion of the tyre warmer to the tyre, keeping the heat in them longer.

The Maxima Vision uses the finest materials available such as Nomex Fireproof on the internal fabric.

Touching either of the +/- (“plus/minus”) buttons on the control unit, it is possible to view the initial set-up temperature (T set) and then set the actual set-point temperature on the tyres (T run) in 1°C increments, in addition to being able to choose the displayed temperature in °C or °F.

With the new integrated controller you will also know at a glance if the tyre is ready to be used on track thanks to the display that will blink after 10 minutes that the tyre warmer has reached the set temperature.
