Excellent condition. No flaws or wear to note. 

There is not a size or makers tag. I have provided measurements in the photos for your review. I marked the size as 6-12 months in the description. I believe that is right but may fit a larger baby as well since it includes the shorts. Be sure to check the measurements.   

This item appears to be handmade, excellent quality. The colored lace across the bottom and in the mid section is rainbow colored. White lace around the edges. Just beautiful!
