Total War:

Total War is the fifth game in the Panzer and Sieges Series by Excalibre Games. Germany, having sealed a pact with Soviet Russia, made the final preparations for Case White; Adolf Hitler launched the first blitzkrieg on Poland, September 1st, 1939. In doing so, Hitler had run his last bluff and what was to be a short lived assault against Poland was instead to become Total War. 

This game is a recreation of the first blitzkrieg campaign, Germany's invasion of Poland in 1939. Employing superior air power and armored formations the German player must be able to defeat the Polish armed forces and capture Warsaw within the actual historical time limit. The Polish side player must attempt to prevent this. While in terms of units and strength game favors the German side, after turn one no restrictions are imposed on either side. You reshape history.
