This is a little plastic figure of Bernard in his football helmet from Pixar's Finding Dory.  He is approximately 1 3/4 inches tall, made by Bandai and dated 2015.  As shown, he is in excellent condition with light wear from normal play and handling.  See pictures for details.  No packaging or anything else is included.
