Cherry Geeky logo

You are viewing a set of patches featuring symbols and kanji from the Dragonball series. Almost every Z fighter in the series has at least one symbol on their clothing, making this ideal for cosplay costumes as well as adorning bags, clothes or anything else you can think of.

They are handmade by myself using the highest quality embroidery threads on a cotton/poly blend twill fabric which washes fantastically (I know this since I have them on my own Goku and Android 18 cosplays!)

Patch sizes

This is intended as a general guide. There are too many characters to list the exact size for each one here, but I am more than happy to be asked.

Standard - 100mm approx in width and/or height. The perfect size to go on the front of your gi.
Giant -  An extra large patch suitable for gis and cosplay costumes where the character has a large symbol on their back. My largest embroidery hoop will embroider to a maximum of 20x30cm, so I will embroider as large as I can within this space (so circular patches will be 20cm diameter).

Symbol guide

If you are making a cosplay costume but not sure what symbol you need, read on.

  • Capsule Corp - Future Trunks wears a small version of this on his arm during the early Android saga.
  • Red Ribbon Army - Androids 16, 17, 19 and 20 wear small versions of this. Android 18 wears a large version on her back. Pretty much all members of the Red Ribbon Army have this symbol somewhere.
  • Master Roshi - Goku, Krillin and Yamcha all wear this after training under Master Roshi.
  • King Piccolo - This symbol is worn by King Piccolo, Piccolo and child Gohan after training under Piccolo.
  • Kami/Kame - Kame wears a large version of this on his front.
  • Son family - This has been worn by both Goku and Gohan.
  • King Kai - Large versions of this are worn by King Kai, Goku and Yamcha. It is also worn by the other kais.
  • Whis - This symbol is worn by both Goku and Vegeta after they train under Whis in the Resurrection F movie and continue to wear it through Dragonball Super.

Dispatch times

I am a hobbyist who enjoys creating embroidered patches and other geeky goods in my spare time. I always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, but this may be a few days. I am a cosplayer myself and know what it is like to leave things until the last minute, so do get in touch if you need your order in a rush and I will let you know what’s possible.
