It is a blue, orange, and purple note that bears the signature of Dr. Abdulhafid Mahmoud Zilitni and measures 162 mm x 81 mm. Its obverse side features Muammar Qaddafi. Its reverse side shows the Mawlai Muhammad Mosque in Tripoli. Security features include a solid security thread with demetalized Arabic characters and a watermark of the coat of arms. This banknote is in uncirculated condition.
