Our shop has restarted after an interval  by ebay UK without notice. We were therefore not able to cope for a while with dispatching all orders as quickly as hoped. We are now getting back to sending plants out in due time. Some may have been sent previously later than hoped.

Please note that the date the Royal mail label is bought (tracking number added as sent against your orders) is the date your order is lined up for picking.  It is likely to be put into the post a couple of days later.

For various reasons packages can be delayed or lost or returned to us. Therefore if you do not receive your package in a reasonable time  please claim as "item not received " for full refund.
Thank you
