Quality grosgrain ribbon sewn on 1 inch width webbing up to 900 lbs tensile strength 

Heavy welded nickel plated steel D ring, strong triglide slides, fully adjustable clip collar

Choice of Buckle:  

Weinerlock Plastic - Black, lightweight but sturdy, stays locked in place weighs 0.4 oz

Metal Side Release - heavier, weighs 1.8 oz, nickel plated, side release with mirror shine [note this buckle weighs 4x more than the standard plastic buckle does so not suitable for small dogs or weaker necks]

Dirt wipes off easily with a wet rag.  Collar can be washed or soaked in OxiClean overnight to give it fresh life after a few months

Warning - may induce pets to strut and prance around - will probably attract attention and oohs and aaahs from passerbys -a few thumbs ups - and yes a smile or a nod and it may even start up a conversation with a total stranger.  Please shop by width based on the size of your pet - one inch width collars are meant for medium to large size dogs and will be too heavy for smaller pets - see 3/4" width collar designs for small dogs and puppies less than 30lbs in weight.
