Badge is Made of Brass & then Enamel Painted BUT 98 % of ENAMEL PAINT HAS BEEN CHIPPED OFF.

POOR CONDITION, BUT WITH NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE.  ALMOST CERTAINLY COULD BE RE ENAMEL PAINTED.

No Makers name on the back.  

Dimensions are 11.6 x 4.8 cms.
