FROM PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE I have found that TROPICAL COUNTRIES CAPS are RARE & KEENLY SOUGHT AFTER as OFTEN EXTREMEMY RARE.  I guess they rust away.

MINT NEVER USED but NO CORK & NO SIGN OF IT EVER HAVING BEEN IN PLACE.
