About this product:

Airmax EcoSeries ½ HP Floating Fountain Kit features a deluxe control panel with optional auxiliary power. A strain relief and underwater quick disconnect is also included for easy motor/float installation or removal. Comes with a standard cord available in 100’, 150’, 200’, 250’, 300’, 350’ & 400’ lengths. Also available with optional polyflex or stainless steel braided protective sleeve to prevent muskrats and other animals for chewing on the cord. The lockable, rain tight, corrosion resistant deluxe control panel features two separate 24 hour digital timers and GFCI’s to run both fountain and light set (light set not included). The EcoSeries Floating Fountain operates in as little as 24 inches of water, showcasing 3 beautiful industry leading spray patterns (Classic, Trumpet and Crown & Trumpet) that outmatch other 3/4 HP and 1 HP fountains and require no tools when changing nozzles. The 1/2 HP motor is energy efficient drawing 5.8 Amps, 696 watts on 120V power. The asynchronous motor, silicon carbide shaft bearing and ceramic shaft are housed in a stainless-steel body with suction screen. The optional auxiliary power on the control panel gives you a third electrical outlet that allows you to plug an aeration system or other pond equipment into a single control panel.

RETURNS

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be clean, in original packaging with instructions and all components. Electrical units must be unaltered and in working condition. Please follow the steps below:
1. Request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) - Failure to request your RMA number may result in delay or dismissal of your return.
2. Package your return items - Pack your return items in a box with packaging material that will sufficiently protect the item and its original packaging. If you do not have these materials available, you can take your package to a UPS or FedEx Kinkos store and have them pack it for you.
3. Indicate your RMA number on the outside of your package - Write the RMA number on the outside of your return box so that it can be routed properly at our warehouse.
4. Ship your return - You can ship your package back via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Be sure to request a tracking number to ensure package delivery.
5. Return Processing - Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You will receive refund after your return has been inspected and verified.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Unless stated otherwise all mechanical products are covered from manufacturer defect for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the replacement or repaired item returned to you.
