This does NOT include the bonus 3 DVDs that were sometimes offered with this course. However there is still MUCH that can be done with the 10 DVDs included and if you can do just what is included then you must be a real beast!

This is an advanced cardio and strength program and is definitely not recommended for beginners or people with medical conditions.
