Our jewelry is shipped in lovely gift bags or boxes, with one of our special jewelry polishing cloths.

• I offer ‘Special Order’ and ‘Made to Order’ items to give my US  and International customers more choices.  I have access to thousands of other items not listed in my eBay store. We offer personalization such as;  engraving, adding gemstones or diamonds, choice of colors & types of metals and sizing.  It  takes a little longer, to ship these items, usually from 10 to 30 business days.  If the item is made to order, the additional shipping time will be reflected on the item page information.  I can also give you an estimate before you purchase and/or if not mentioned on the item page.   If you purchase a  ‘special order’ item, made to your specifications, or an item I don’t have listed on eBay,  I will set up a special “Buy it Now”  Fixed Price listing for you on eBay, once all costs are calculated, delivered and agreed on.  It will be handled like any other eBay purchase, by eBay rules & regulations and you are still covered by eBay Buyer Protection, for your peace of mind.  I don’t sell my eBay items outside of eBay platform.

USA SHIPPING: 

• US and US Territory Shipping is free. Shipping methods are Standard US Postal Service, Priority Mail and occasionally, FED EX. We offer expedited shipping, for additional fee. Items are insured. I will post the tracking number on eBay, the evening of shipping date.
• Shipping time is given for each item, at top of eBay item page.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

• We ship FED EX International Priority. The price is $39 and up, depending on your location. The $39, works for most. Most packages arrive In within 1-3 days of shipping, depending on your Custom practices  If the cost for your country is higher than $39, you will be billed for the difference.  We have reduced rate for Canada, of $19.
• International purchase takes, a few days longer than US destinations, to ship.
• We declare full sale price on all International shipments.  It is a US Federal Law.  
• We are not responsible for Customs Duty Charges or any other taxes or fees charged by your country.
• We do not accept return of packages, refused at Customs.
