The stones fitted in rings are of Natural or Laboratory Created or Heated and Treated so, we cannot give guarantee about the stone texture you will receive; the ring you see in photos has different stone texture and one you receive will may have different stone texture.

The order you receive will be delivered in a special Ring box. Please do contact us if you do not find your size. We will try and give our best to provide you the size and service you need.

Return policy:

We have an aim to offer our best services possible to our customers. However, In case you are not satisfied with the product for any reason please contact us within 14 days of your product receipt. Further, the buyer should make sure that the product returned is in their original condition. If the product is damaged when they are returned, then the buyer will be responsible and we will not give the buyer any sort of refund. Also, the return shipping charges will be on the customer to bear as Real Gems will not cover any charges for return shipments.

Shipment policy:

Real Gems intends to ship their items as their earliest but the standard time frame for delivery is between 2 to 5 working days once your payment is completed. We use FedEx for the purpose of shipment.

Real Gems do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.

Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country.

Once the item is shipped, we will provide the customer with tracking number. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

One of our warehouses is situated in Pakistan and often we can ship our items from that location.
