Parcels to European Union countries are shipped by GLS courier (excluding Greece and islands)

Parcels outside European Union (+ Greece and islands) are shipped by Polish Post - priority registered parcel. Small items to all destinations can be shipped by priority registered letter.

All parcels have tracking numbers, which can be checked on GLS or Polish Post websites. For post letters and parcels tracking can ba usually checked also on the website of post operator in destination country.

We recommend to track the parcel, what helps in fast delivery and avoid delivery problems.

We process and dispatch your orders from Monday to Friday.

All HEED products have 2 years warranty. The warranty covers defects in material, quality of welds, quality of paint coatings, compatibility with the motorcycle, excluding incompatibility with accessory equipment offered as an option for the motorcycle and any third party accessories installed on the motorcycle.

If you have potentially incompatible equipment, you may contact us before purchase to clarify whether you will be able to install our product on your motorcycle.

We don't take responsibility for mechanical damage of products made during installation or using of the product.
