Satin Rose Corsage

The flowers are made of a high quality acetate Countess satin fabric, so will be suitable for the bridal requirements.

Corsage: can be used as an accessory or for any decorative purpose. The  underside has a wire stem. With aid of a pin/ safety pin the corsage can be pinned to a garment, with aid of any hair accessories, such as hair pins, clips, grips or slides the corsage can be fixed in the hair.

Brooch: has a pin attached

Hair Clip: has a crocodile clip attached. 

All our flowers are handmade from scratch. Each petal and leaf are separately hand shaped/ embossed, so we can create a unique design for your special occasion if required.

Dispatching/ Delivery: 

Most of our orders will be dispatched within two working days (excluding weekend). Some items may require up to four working days to be dispatched. Urgent dispatching is also possible, but please contact us to confirm prior to purchasing if urgency matters.

By default setting all orders will be posted by the Royal Mail’s budget delivery options:

·         Domestic - 2^nd class, delivery time within 2-3 working days;

·         Europe within 3-5 working days;

·         Rest of the world within 5-7 working days

but there are several delivery options available at a checkout page, so please amend as required.

Item Not Received:

We use Royal Mail's delivery services for all of our orders. A certificate of posting will be retained for each order. In general, the RM's services are very reliable, but in an unlikely event if your order has been lost, we will claim compensation from Royal Mail and issue you with a refund, however we will do so once your RM compensation claim is settled. 

Royal Mail considers the mail as lost:

·        10 working days after the due date for domestic deliveries;

·        20 working days after the due date for items in Europe;

·        25 working days for rest of world

Your patience will be appreciated and we will keep you informed of the progress with the claim.

Please note, if there was no one in to accept the delivery, a postman should have left a 'Something for you' card and you should visit your local delivery office to collect your parcel yourself, as Royal Mail do not redeliver. Also, a postman may have delivered the item to a neighbour.

Returns:

Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days from the day you received the item. The item/s must be sent back unused, in their original condition and packaging and are refundable for the items' cost only, unless faulty.
